Frieze Los Angeles 2024, set to take place from February 29 to March 3 at Santa Monica Airport, promises an unparalleled experience for art aficionados. This fifth edition, steered by Frieze’s Director of Americas, Christine Messineo, features a reimagined layout designed by Kulapat Yantrasast of WHY Architects. The fair's expansion includes a reconfigured site plan and an outdoor space serving as a central hub. Over 95 exhibitors from 21 countries will be showcased, with nearly half representing the Greater Los Angeles region.

The Focus section, curated for the first time by Essence Harden of the California African American Museum, highlights US galleries operating for 12 years or less, focusing on the theme of ecology. This section, supported by Stone Island, will feature 12 galleries with solo presentations.

Frieze LA 2024 will also include site-specific artworks throughout the Santa Monica Airport airfield and public activations, alongside the return of the Deutsche Bank Frieze Los Angeles Film Award and the Frieze Impact Prize. The event serves as a melting pot of cultural activities, offering a unique blend of art, food, and community engagement, making it a must-visit destination for an international audience.
