It’s a classic Italian luxury brand that stands for top classic clothing and bespoke for men. One who originated in Rome by designer Guglielmo Battistoni in 1946 and has since made its way West. Set in Rome, tucked away on a street located at 61A Via Condotti, Guglielmo first started to design his custom shirts to pay his way through art school. He soon realized shirt-making was his passion and decided to go full time on his brand. Battistoni has grown into a full collection, featuring bespoke and ready-to-wear suits along with accessories and leather goods.
Francis Ford Coppola, Roman Coppola and Eric Rutherford are some of the many stars that have favored wearing these handcrafted suits. Popularity of the brand led to launching two flagship boutiques located in Rome and its first US boutique in Beverly Hills designed by architects Emiliano Vitolo and Giulio Baiocco. The striking flagship outpost features beautiful details like 1960s paneling and 17th century ceiling frescos, while also utilizing materials like walnut, leather, bronze and travertine stone to capture the luxurious and sophisticated Italian essence.
The 6,500-square-foot space is perfect for hosting the upcoming Beverly Hills Living and Battistoni celebration on November 9th. The exclusive VIP event will be held at the flagship store featuring all the luxe inventory and celebrating the Beverly Hills Living magazine’s one-year anniversary.
