Head Chef Blake Shailes is teaming up with renowned Australian Chef Mark Best for an unforgettable evening spotlighting Australia’s finest lamb, Margra, on Monday, November 14. Margra is appearing on some of the finest menus across Australia and Singapore and the culinary team at Grandmaster Recorders look forward to sharing this Australian ‘wagyu of lamb’ with Los Angeles diners in November.
Guests attending the exclusive tasting event will enjoy a six-course Margra focused dinner ($95) to be paired with a selection of fine wines (for an additional $55 per person) from the restaurant’s Wine Director, Devon D’Arcangelo at the Grandmaster Recorders
