Kylin Gallery is pleased to announce our 8th 'holiday season gallery collection' exhibition from Nov 29 to Jan 19, 2024. The exhibition includes two showrooms at our Wilshire Blvd location, showroom one features renowned artists' masterpiece print works by Ed Ruscha, Christopher Wool, Frank Gehry, and Robert Rauschenberg. Showroom two brings 13 selected unique works by Yoshio Ikezaki.

Yoshio Ikezaki was born in Japan and active in Los Angeles since 1986. He earned BA and MFA from Florida State University. He is an internationally exhibited visual artist and taught as a professor of ACCD and SCI-ARC. He is a master Sumi ink painter and a master papermaker of Japanese tradition. His paintings and sculptures are grounded in Japanese aesthetic principles and philosophy, crafts and materials, interpreted in a contemporary context. His work expresses the profound power and vulnerability of nature in its relationship to humanity, thus illuminating the deeper meaning of the contemporary global environmental crisis.
