Beverly Hills, synonymous with luxury, features high-end shopping, exquisite dining, and opulent accommodations. Its stunning architecture distinguishes it even further, with breathtaking homes showcasing intricate design and details rivaling the world's most iconic buildings. From modern masterpieces to classic estates, Beverly Hills' architecture epitomizes the area's elegance and sophistication, attracting architecture aficionados and connoisseurs of the finer things in life.

Erik Peterson, the founder of PHX Architecture, has expanded from Scottsdale, Arizona, bringing 20 years of experience and a fresh architectural vision to Beverly Hills.

Growing up in Chicago, Peterson found inspiration in Frank Lloyd Wright's work.

He recalls, "I was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and his home & studio in Oak Park. When I moved to AZ to attend ASU Master’s Program, I was awarded an internship at Taliesin Architects. After the internship, they offered me a full-time position, leading to my own firm and eventually working on the Biltmore Resort."

Peterson's expertise has garnered accolades such as the American Institute of Architects Young Gun Award and being named Master of the Southwest by Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine. He has also been recognized as the Beverly Hills Icon by Modern Luxury and New Trads by Traditional Home Magazine and topped the Phoenix Business Journal.

PHX Architecture's unique approach to design and client satisfaction sets it apart. Peterson explains, "Our motto is 'Living Architecture,' a different take on Wright’s Organic Architecture. It is about creating something to experience and live in instead of an architectural statement. The design evolves over time and with lifestyles and becomes timeless. It's also about the experience of working with our firm, a full-service concierge experience on par with a luxury client. We want this to be seamless, fun, and memorable."

Regarding the future of architecture in Beverly Hills, Peterson envisions an exciting blend of technology and design. He states, "As digital 3D imaging/gaming becomes more infused into the architecture process, we can provide a visual experience for clients to fully walk through the design before building. We are incorporating digital artwork NFTs and designing homes for the metaverse."

PHX Architecture is set to significantly impact the Beverly Hills architecture scene with its dedication to quality, creativity, and client satisfaction. Whether designing a dream home or resort space, PHX Architecture is ready to bring your vision to life.
